It may just have been coincidence that I photographed a half-sunk boat just after I'd taken my scuba diving regulators for a service!

My Daddy's a GIANT

This shot was taken during a wedding reception's evening dancing.  The little girl was picking-up some moves!

Nature's Verdant Aisle

Whilst driving I saw the sun shining through an avenue of close trees, a quick 'U' turn, parked and walked back ... the sun's sparkle had gone but with a little wander I found this 'aisle' wrapped in dense ivy.

Table Manners

One of the few young children at a wedding discovered they could be entertained by trying to get in the photographers shots!  I was presented with many photo suggestions and some good feedback on the use of depth of field! :-)

The light shining through the blue vase seemed to create a headless figure in a blue dress.

A short walk from home and a regular haunt for photographers, another autumnal scene with low golden sun sweeping across the lake to the reeds on the other side.

Coming Home

A catamaran fishing boat returns to Sovereign Harbour in the afternoon with the sun setting behind the Harbour's homes, shot with the intent of creating a monochrome near silhouette.

Holding On

Low autumn sunlight bringing out the colour in the last few leaves clinging to this mighty oak as the days grow shorter.

Private L Martin , Royal Sussex Regiment

I went to view a Church in preparation for a wedding and walking around the Churchyard I saw the headstone for Private L Martin, Royal Sussex Regiment who died aged just 18 years in 1919. With the centenary of the start of the First Word War very much in my mind I took this photograph, Lest We Forget.

Community First Responder 'Shakira'

I took this photo to help promote Community First Responders (CFRs).  CFRs are volunteers trained by the Ambulance Service to provide Emergency First Response.  They wear (in Sussex) Red & Black uniforms and they are tasked by Ambulance Control. F 

Grace Eyre Campaign "Hear My Voice"

Grace Eyre support those with learning difficulties & mental health . Photographed in the sports hall .  Ministerial visits are very fast moving typically reflecting a packed schedule.
